Classes are taught
  • Monday through Friday
    		• 11:00 - Noon
  • Monday through Friday
    		• 7:30 - 8:30 pm.
  • Saturday classes
    		• 1:00 - 2:00 pm and 2:00 - 3:00pm
  • Sunday classes
    		• 1:00 - 2:00 pm and 2:00 - 3:00 pm

             $15 per class, $125 for 10 classes

    The studio features specialized classes focusing on folk, dabke and belly dance technique for the stage.

    Adam Basma, Instructor

    Internationally acclaimed Middle Eastern dance researcher, performer and instructor, Adam Basma, will be teaching a series of folk and cabaret dance Classes in Los Angeles every Sunday.
    All levels of dance enthusiasts. from beginners to professionals, are welcome to learn new aesthetics and improve their techniques.
    Mr. Basma, a native of Lebanon, devoted a lifetime to conducting regional dance and music research expeditions throughout the Middle East and North Africa. He serves as the Artistic Director for the Adam Basma Middle Eastern Dance Company, and is the producer of the top selling folk music CD "Dance With Adam Basma." His video production "Adam Basma Middle Eastern Dance Company In Concert" won the film industry’s coveted "Telly 2000" award in first place.
    The Classes will be accompanied live by special guest artist "Issam" the famous drummer formerly featured with pop star "Sting" in concerts and television.
